from the band Emerson Jay to talk about the upcomingFramework Music
& Arts Festival. In its first year, FrameworkMusic & Arts Festival
presented by 91.3 WYEP is a Pittsburgh based festival with the goal
of bringing together upcoming bands,DJs, photographers,
videographers, and other artists for a one night music and arts
festival showcasing Pittsburgh’s up and coming artists. Sit back,
